The rural community of the islands of noonu atoll face many challenges to development: a low resources based to fund community activities and a low level of social services. This has lead to disparities in income, educational, health and nutrition. In April 1996 UNDP and government launched SAPAP in noonu atoll.

Project Donors
The major donor of the NADP is the UNDP, apart from this some sub projects have also been funded by the EU, Japan, different organizations and governments of different countries. Without the generous contributions from these donors NADP would not have become a success story. We would welcome your generous contributions and donations to implement our programs within Noonu Atoll to give our citizens a better future. Please help us by donating to any of our projects.
